I have been lifting weights for 26 years now, so I know a thing or two about gyms. With this level of experience under my belt I say: this facility is one of the best gyms I have ever been in my life. The equipment, the atmosphere is a true sanctuary of physical training. But from one aspect this is probably the best: the small things, the finishing touches, the small but useful accessories. This is something that can only be created by a true brother in iron.

Da Kroftstodl is a great fitness studio and is characterized by lots of different training equipment, great circuit training, super nice staff and a small gastro area with healthy dishes!
If you wish, you can work with a personal trainer to create a perfect training plan for yourself - which is great, great and, above all, effective! :)
